We used Digital Marketing Strategies combined with beautiful creative designs to target their local area. We created a lead generation system on their newly designed campaign landing page and social media pages to increase conversion rates. We increased views and traffic with a planned google & social media targeting strategy. We enabled a professional and great user experience where new buyers can connect with the estate agents.

the Result

We increased website visitors from 25 to 465 in the first 3 months. Our target to supply the estate agents with 150 leads per month we outperformed. After 6 months we constantly supply Central Blue with over 1100 qualified leads who are interested in buying property. Central Blue’s average sales grew rapidly and they are now selling between 8 and 12 properties per month.
